Real solutions, real learning impact.

Training isn’t just about teaching commands; it's about building trust and respect while helping them learn and thrive in their everyday environments. We focus on ethical training and continually improve our practices to ensure the highest standards of animal welfare, delivering real results that educate and empower both dogs and humans.

  • Certified CCPDT-KA dog trainers who guarantee the use of effective and humane training methods. Having completed a thorough education and testing, they demonstrate their knowledge of canine behavior and techniques.

  • I recall Dr. Susan Friedman saying, “control the environment, not the animal,” and I jotted it down. It resonated with me because it highlights how we’re often conditioned to focus on controlling the individual rather than examining the environmental factors that influence behavior.

All behavior occurs under specific conditions. If we want to change behavior but don’t address those conditions first, we’re destined to fail and rely on compulsion. The traditional punishment mindset tells us this is the only way, but it’s not…

  • We collaborate with dedicated animal shelters, veterinarians, and education programs, all driven by a shared passion for transforming the world for domesticated pets.

“Changing behavior is not something you do casually because that behavior has value for the animal or it wouldn't be doing it”

Our Training Approach

  • Working closely with veterinarians to address any underlying medical issues that could influence a dog's behavior. Pain, discomfort, and chronic conditions can often lead to behavioral problems, so treating these health issues is a priority.

  • Food sensitivities and nutritional deficiencies can affect behavior. Proper nutrition is vital for a stable mood and positive training responses. Balanced nutrition is essential for a dog's physical and mental well-being.

  • Allows dogs to engage in natural behaviors and gain mental stimulation, reducing boredom and stress while improving behavior. Keeping them active makes dogs more open to learning and helps prevent behavioral issues.

  • Helps dogs adapt to people, places, and animals, boosting confidence and reducing fear. Beneficial for puppies and adults, especially if underexposed. Positive experiences promote calmness and confidence.

Meet the Founder

A woman with sunglasses crouching down and hugging a white fluffy dog, in front of a large sculpture of the Statue of Liberty in a green outdoor park.

I've had an incredible journey over the past decade, starting my own daycare, dog-walking, and dog-boarding business while collaborating with local animal shelters. This led to an even greater passion for dog training and a continual pursuit of education in canine cognition and animal behavior analysis. Working with a variety of breeds has enriched my understanding and allowed me to help countless clients and their dogs. My drive to deepen this knowledge and uncover new insights about our beloved canine companions is an exciting adventure I'm committed to for many years ahead.
